okay so me and my friend are planning a surprise birthday party for my other friend. Shes turning 14. We are gonna decorate my basement and get all her friends and well, surprise her! What are some good things to decorate with? streamers?

idk but try to think of things she really likes. get some balloons and party stuff. You dont have to make everything a good way. i think your friend will just be happy for giving her a party.

For everyone comes you could make some of fun games because had this sleepover party and you make it more personal with stuff.

For the tv on some good dancing music like pitbull and for the box or wii or playing movie or country esque.
