I think that having the luxury of a party bus is extreme and that it should be part of the host offering this service. I don’t think reimbursement is appropriate. It’s just part of the expense of having the party and that shouldn’t be passed along to the guests.
If you do decide to ask for money, and you present it as an option, it’s going to cost even more for each person because some people will still elect to drive themselves or make other arrangements.
